Just three months later, he took over as owner. Leigh is living proof that it's never too late to take control of your health.

Certified as a Hatha Yoga Teacher, he brings mindful movement into every session, using full-body stretching to complement high-intensity workouts.

Known for his innovative approach, Leigh tailors every exercise to suit all levels of fitness and ability, because everyone deserves a shot at feeling strong.
