You’ll move station to station through a guided circuit.

Follow a 2:1 work-rest ratio:

35 seconds of effort at your personal best,

17 seconds of recovery and movement to the next station.

Having gone to many places in order to maintain our health (my son and I) HITZone has it.

Having tried Fit4Less, Planet Fitness, Anytime Fitness and MOVATI, the results were not great.

Way too many people decide this is a place to go to be on their phones and take photos of others.

There is no privacy and persons working there are just statues who do nothing about it.

They are low cost gyms and you definitely get what you pay. Having a full body workout in 30 minutes, wow!!

I would have to workout for hrs at those other places in order to receive the same weight loss results.

It’s a great place and we love it!

I started training at HitZone a couple months ago.

Prior to that I had a permanent numbing on my upper left quad. I had been told that I have to live with it because it was a result of a very old back injury .

I'm now two month into my membership at HITZone there is no numbing!!! It is gone! Another “side effect” of this training is that my hot flashes are almost gone!

The accommodation by the trainer is great.

I was able to find exactly what I needed: schedule, modifications in the exercises that meet my personal needs, a good, positive atmosphere and what is so important... very affordable !!

Do I have to be in shape to start?

No. You just need to show up. Our classes are beginner-friendly, lead by a coach, and adjustable to your pace. If you have a pulse, you qualify.

What if I’m over 40… or 50… or 60?

Then you're exactly who we built this for. Most of our members are in their 40s, 50s, and beyond. You’re never “too old” to start, only too used to the wrong kind of gym.

I haven’t worked out in years. Will I be behind?

No. This is small group training, and everyone works at their own level. Our coaches guide you through every movement. No judgement, no weird gym anxiety.
